Change Management to Achieve Impact with Insurance is a 4-year program that supports organizational change within private insurers in sub-Saharan Africa. It aims to transform legacy, or traditional, insurers and intermediaries to be more responsive to the risk management needs of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and low-income households.
Five insurers and 2 insurance intermediaries across 6 countries were competitively selected to participate in the program me. FSD Africa and our implementing partner the ILO provide targeted advice and expertise to participating insurers, supporting them to provide inclusive insurance products to at least 1 million MSMEs and low-income households.
